We want you to love your books as much as we loved creating them—but we also keep things fair and straightforward.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized books (including custom inscriptions)
- Digital products (eBooks delivered via BookFunnel or similar platforms)
- Any items marked final sale
(Yes, even if you suddenly decide the main character made questionable life choices. We stand by her.)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at hello@laurenkiserbooks.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We’ll make it right—replacement or refund, no drama required.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, because lost packages are everyone’s villain origin story
